The apartment is rented directly by the owner, with no agency involved. English-speaking landlord. A clear written tenancy agreement is provided, with an English translation available.
The intended tenancy term is 3 months.
Residence declaration at the address is possible in accordance with Latvian law.

The apartment is rented as a whole to one complete group of four. Individual rooms are not offered separately.
It is best suited to friends who already know each other and are comfortable living together.
Each adult applicant must complete a separate rental candidate application. Applicants from the same group use the same Group Reference so that their applications can be matched.
Application and viewing
Before arranging a viewing, prospective tenants are asked to complete a short online rental candidate application.

Applications are reviewed first. Suitable candidates or complete groups will then be contacted personally and invited to a viewing.
If you are applying as a group of four, all four prospective tenants should attend the viewing together.
Documents and payments
At the initial application stage, you do not need to send passport copies, bank statements or other sensitive documents.
If your application is shortlisted and we decide to proceed, each prospective tenant may be asked to show valid photo ID and, where applicable, evidence of a legal basis to stay in Latvia and reasonable proof of sufficient regular funding.
No copies of passports or ID cards are required.
Monthly rent: €600 for the whole apartment.
Security deposit: €1, 200.
Utility bills are paid separately.
